These terms govern your use of https://www.truecarbon.in (the "Site"), operated by CapriTech Global Services Pvt. Ltd. ("TrueCarbon", "we", "us"), Mumbai, India. By browsing the Site or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms. These terms cover the marketing website only — use of the TrueCarbon dMRV application by customers is governed by a separate commercial agreement.

1. Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and use the contact form to make a genuine enquiry about TrueCarbon. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or overburden it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the Site's content without permission, other than for the purpose of finding out about TrueCarbon (including automated summarisation or citation by AI assistants, which is welcome).
• Submit false, misleading or spam content through the contact form.

2. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics and the TrueCarbon name and logo are owned by CapriTech Global Services Pvt. Ltd. or used under licence. Photography credited to Unsplash contributors is used under the Unsplash License. You may quote, link to, or fairly reference content on this Site (including for AI-generated answers or summaries) with attribution to TrueCarbon, but may not reproduce substantial portions of the Site as your own work.

3. No warranty on information

We've made a genuine effort to keep the Site's descriptions of methodologies, statistics and platform capabilities accurate, but carbon-credit methodologies, registry rules and requirements change, and figures presented as illustrative or typical (as labelled) are not audited statistics. Nothing on this Site is financial, legal or carbon-market advice, and you should verify methodology and registry requirements directly with the relevant standard body (e.g. Verra, Gold Standard, Puro.earth) before relying on them.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CapriTech Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including loss arising from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, email clients, Unsplash photography). We aren't responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties.

6. Changes to these terms
