GPS plot mapping with geometry checks
PostGIS validates every polygon and rejects overlaps above 5% with the conflicting plot identified. Areas computed in hectares from real geography.
Fraud-resistant photo evidence
Photos must be captured in-app with GPS locked to under 20-metre accuracy before the camera opens. EXIF GPS is validated server-side.
Duplicate participant detection
Exact ID matches are rejected; near-matches on name similarity or GPS proximity are flagged for human review.

Every programme defines its own registration, baseline and activity forms as JSON — add a field from the admin panel, zero code changes.
L1/L2 approval workflow
Every record passes supervisor (L1) and reviewer (L2) approval before it counts. Rejections carry reasons.
